This delightful property in Earslfield Wandswoth LONDON required modenisation. We designed a new layout within Permitted Development Rights, requiring no Planning Permission. Through clever use of the hallway we added 2 new bathrooms and expanded the living space leading out onto the garden with folding doors. Patio doors were also added to the rear bedroom. We produced all Building Control documents and Structural Calculations.
